  • In a clean cup combine and mix one tablespoon of baking soda and a half teaspoon of table salt. Dip the toothbrush in a warm water and to the mixture. After that, brush it on your teeth thoroughly for a least 5 minutes and spit it in your sink.
  • In a medium size bowl mix the half cup of a warm water as well as a half cup of hydrogen peroxide. Use this mixture as a mouth wash for at least a minute and spit it and wash it with a clean cold water carefully.
  • Using the dental pick rub it to your yellow tartar avoid scraping your gum because it can cause irritation and damage to your gums. 
  • When you are washing your mouth use an antiseptic mouthwash. You can use this at least 2x a day and 3-4 times in a week.
