Using antibacterial soap too often can also wash out the good and useful bacteria that helps us to protect ourselves from any infections or illnesses. Experts said that this kind of soap are only recommended to wash cuts, grazes and scratches. Do not use antibacterial soap to wash your hands more than twice a day.

Brushing your teeth right after every meal: Experts said that brush your teeth at least 4 times a day. Wash and brush your teeth 30 minutes after ever meal or if possible after an hour. Brushing your teeth right after every meal can damage the enamel in your teeth and it can lead to teeth sensitivity. Foods contain acids, it has an effect on the enamel of your teeth. Brushing your teeth can push the acid closer to the inner layer of the teeth and it is not good for the condition of your teeth. 

Preventing yourself from sneezing: When you start to prevent your sneeze by closing your mouth and pinching your nose the intracranial pressure increases. Your blood vessels and nervous tissues are contracting as well as the blood flow to your brain break. Never ever prevent yourself from sneezing it can lead to hearing problems, headaches, and blood vessels damage. 

Utilization of perfume: Using strong perfume can irritate your skin, throat, and eyes. Use the only perfume that contains natural oils and mild colognes. Strong perfume can lead to nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness.

Drinking freshly squeezed juice: Freshly squeezed juice is good if you consume only a small amount. Consuming it too much can harm your health it can to lead obesity and serious illnesses. Juices also contain strong allergens, that is why only small quantities are recommended to children. 

Wearing tight jeans: Tight jeans are fashionable but it can constantly press your skin that causes discomfort to you and worse it can lead to a serious nervous system problem. It reduces the flow of air to your legs that causes itchiness and makes your legs numb.

Storing food in plastic container: Plastic container contains an artificial chemical substance that is harmful to your health. It is better to store food in a steel and glassware. Do not keep food in a plastic container for a long time it can contaminate your food.
