3 heaped tbsp. honey
2 tbsp dried fruits (any)

Preparations:

Skin the ginger and cut coarsely. Get a saucepan and add 4 cups of water together with the honey and begin to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes covered. Uncover and simmer for additional 15 minutes on a medium heat temperature. You should have about 3 cups of liquid now. Turn off heat, add chopped dried fruit and serve. This can be served cold.
